Pelican Harbor Seabird Station depends on volunteers to care for the thousands of animals we receive each year. Volunteer duties include light cleaning indoors and outdoors as well as feeding. All volunteers must be at least 18 and carry their own medical insurance. If you would like to volunteer, just fill out and submit an application below. We’ll contact you soon.
After attending a PHSS orientation, and you are ready to proceed in the volunteering process, there will be a $40 non-refundable fee that will cover items including mandatory background check, one volunteer t-shirt, name tag, and training.
