our 2025 pelican run 5k was a success!

What an incredible day on the water! This years Pelican Run brought together over 300 passionate racers, all united by a shared love for the race track and a commitment to protecting wildlife. The day began with a truly special moment—a pelican release just after sunrise, symbolizing the heart of our mission and setting the tone for a meaningful and inspiring experience.

Thanks to the amazing turnout and community support, we raised funds critical to the success of our wildlife hospital—an effort that wouldn’t have been possible without the enthusiasm and generosity of everyone involved.

The energy was high, the weather was perfect, and the sense of community was unforgettable. From start to finish, it was truly a great experience for participants and spectators alike.
